Terms and conditions of booking:

Confirmation: You will receive acknowledgment of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration by email or fax. Please call us on + 44 (0) 207 520 9341, in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period.

Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing before 24 September 2007 will be subject to an administration charge of 65 GBP. The full conference fees are payable in the event of cancellation after 24 September 2007. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time (providing the delegate has Russian entry visa).

NB: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organisers to alter the contents of the agenda, timing, names of speakers or the venue.
